Starting 2020 by looking back, Ben brings you a special show which looks back on the last ten years and features some of the best country, roots, americana and bluegrass music from the 2010s. There'll also be a chance to look at the big news stories, pay tribute to those who left us in this period and discuss how country music has changed over time.

2nd December 2019 (Ken Burns Country Music Special)

Join Ben for this very special programme, which airs in two parts. In the first hour you can hear a very special companion documentary to the Ken Burns documentary film, Country Music. There'll be interviews with Ken and the rest of the team who produced the show, plus some of the very best country music. Then, in hour two, Ben takes you through the changing British attitude to country music over the past 50 years, looking at how the genre's relationship with the UK has changed in that time.
